Sicily Cutrera P.G.I. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cutrera PGI Sicily is made with Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olive varieties. From plants at 150-350m above sea level, in western and central eastern Sicily.
Harvest
Hand picking. From the 1st of October to the 15th of November.
Aspect
Deep green.
Smell
Medium intensity with floreal hints of artichoke, freshly cut grass and aromatic fresh herbs.
Flavour/Aroma
Intense with a bitter sensation and persistent spiciness.
Uses
Vegetable soups, marinated fish, beef carpaccio, raw vegetables.
