Fresh Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the mil
Oil of Moresca and Biancolilla varieties, from young and old olive groves in south-eastern Sicily, al 200-400 m. on sea level. Pressed and bottled the same day, to be shipped as soon as possible.
Hand picking. From the 20th of September to the 20th of October.
Fresh and intensely fruity with the marked characteristic notes of freshly produced oil, freshly cut grass, aromatic fresh herbs and green almond.
Full-bodied, full and enveloping with notes of fresh herbs, spicy and bitter pronounced.
Raw on freshly baked bread, ideal on bruschetta, legume soup and grilled buffalo meat. Excellent on typical very structured winter dishes.
