Medium fruity oil obtained from Biancolilla, a typical variety of central western Sicily (Ribera and Caltabellotta areas). From olive groves facing South, at 150-250m above sea level.
Hand picking. From the 1st to the 15th of October.
Green with golden shades.
Medium fruity intensity with pronounced notes of artichoke and green almond.
Slightly bitter with a pronounced spiciness.
Vegetables soups, marinated fish, beef carpaccio, raw vegetables.
