Medium fruity oil, obtained from Cerasuola olives, a typical variety of central western Sicily (Sciacca area). From olive groves facing South, at 100-200m above sea level.
Hand picking. From the 15th of October to the 15th of November.
Green with golden shades.
Medium fruity intensity with a hint of red tomato, cardoon and thyme.
Persistent bitter and spicy in balance with the fruity notes.
Legume soups, roasted meats, cheeses and grilled meats.
