Medium fruity oil obtained from Nocellara del Belice, the typical variety of western Sicily (Partanna and Campobello di Mazara areas). From olive groves facing South, at 200-400m above sea level.
Hand picking. From the 10th to the 30th of October.
Yellow with green shades.
Medium fruity intensity with hints of of artichoke, green almond, freshly cut grass, green tomato and aromatic fresh herbs.
Persistent bitter and spicy in balance with the fruity notes.
Salmon carpaccio, pasta with tomato sauce, grilled fish and white meat.
