Blend of Moresca, Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla and Nocellara varieties, harvested in south-eastern Sicily at 200-400m above sea level. From young olive groves in hilly and flat areas near the sea. With the addition of natural rosemary flavour.
Harvest
Hand and mechanical picking. From the 1st to the 15th of November.
Aspect
Yellow with green shades.
Smell
Medium fruity intensity with natural notes of rosemary.
Flavour/Aroma
Full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well balanced, flavour and aroma of rosemary.
Uses
Suitable for seasoning roasts, grilled meats or vegetables, white focaccia, baked potatoes and onions. Excelent on bruschetta.
