Blend of Moresca, Tonda Iblea, Biancolilla and Nocellara varieties, harvested in south-eastern Sicily at 200-400m above sea level. From young olive groves in hilly and flat areas near the sea. With the addition of natural white truffle flavour.
Hand and mechanical picking. From the 1st to the 15th of November.
Yellow with green shades.
Medium fruity intensity with natural notes of white truffle.
Full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well balanced, flavour and aroma of white truffle.
Fine on carpaccio, on breasola with Parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar of Modena, on pasta with Parmesan, on tortellini pasta, on fresh egg pasta.
