Primo Double is produced on the Hyblaean Mountains (south-eastern Sicily) from old organic P.D.O. certificated plants grown at 350-450m above sea level in a hillyland facing South territory. Variety 100% Tonda lblea.
Harvest
Hand picking. From the 1st to the 30th of October.
Smell
Balanced fruity with pronounced notes of green tomato, freshly cut grass and aromatic fresh herbs.
Flavour/Aroma
Full-bodied, with a bitter and a spicy well balanced note, green tomato flavour and fresh herbs.
Uses
Grilled meats and fish, soups and salads, bruschetta, raw on green and grilled vegetables.
