When will I be charged?

When you place an order on cutrera.com, we will automatically request payment authorization to verify the validity of your credit card and ensure that funds are available. Please note that your card is not charged at this stage - the actual payment will only be processed when your order is shipped. This helps ensure that you are not charged until your order is ready to ship.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders for items available for immediate purchase cannot be canceled or modified once placed. If you wish to return your item, please refer to our Returns and Exchanges section.

Why was my payment declined?

If you receive a notification that your payment method has been declined, contact your payment provider or issuing bank. Before doing so, please check that you have entered the correct card details or payment information, including the 16-digit code and 3 or 4-digit security number, and that your credit card has not expired.

If you have saved your payment information, we recommend that you verify that the card or payment method you select is active and not expired and that the billing address matches the credit card or payment method used for the payment. You can update your payment information directly in your account or add a new payment method at checkout.

Please make sure you have provided the correct security number for your selected payment method. We always require this information to maintain the security of your stored data.

Can I pay via Klarna? If yes, how does it work?

Klarna offers 3 payment options to suit your needs.

The first option "Pay in 3 installments" allows you to pay in three installments without additional costs. This option is
available for purchases between €35 and €3,000.

To use this payment solution you must be at least 18 years old, resident in Italy and use a valid debit, credit or prepaid card. A valid card means a card in your name, currently valid and with a residual validity of at least 60 days after the date of purchase. The card must also have sufficient funds to cover
the purchase amount. Pay in 3 installments is a credit product and the decision to provide credit or not is subject to an approval process.

With Pay in 3 installments, you can pay for your purchases and divide the cost into three equal installments. At checkout, you will see the option "Pay in 3 interest-free installments". Simply enter your card details to complete the purchase. Klarna not
charges interest, fees or charges for using the card. But your bank may apply interest or other fees if you pay with a credit card that charges, for example, some form of interest.

At the time of purchase, Klarna blocks an amount equal to the first installment on your card as a pre-authorization. The blocked amount cannot be used for any other purchase. Once Klarna has received confirmation that your items have been dispatched or your order has been processed by the store, the first installment will be automatically charged to your card using the previously blocked amount. The operation will be visible among the card movements. If the items are not sent, Klarna will unblock or refund the previously blocked amount, which will then be available again for other purchases. The release of the amount may take a few days depending on the bank you belong to. The second installment will be charged 30 days after the first payment while the last installment will be charged 60 days after the first payment.

The installments are charged to the card automatically on the due date so you won't have to worry about paying manually or missing any deadlines. You will be able to see the due date of your payments in the email sent by Klarna or on the Klarna app. If the store (physical or online) sends the items of the same order at different times, it may not charge for the purchase in a single payment. In this case, Klarna will create a 3 installment payment plan for each part of the order. Each plan will have its own expiration based on the date the store confirms which part of the order.

The second option is “Pay Now” and allows you to pay in full now.

The third option is “Pay after 30 days” allows you to enjoy your purchases immediately and pay after 30 days without advance payment and without interest.

To use this payment solution you must be at least 18 years old, resident in Italy and use a valid debit, credit or prepaid card. A valid card means a card in your name and which has not expired. The card must also have sufficient funds to cover the purchase amount.
Pay after 30 days is a credit product and the decision to establish a credit agreement rests with Klarna.

With Pay in 30 Days, you have up to 30 days to pay from the date you place your order, ship your products, or the date the service you purchased becomes available. Before you are charged, you will receive a reminder with the details for
remind you that your payment is due. You can also pay before the 30 day deadline by card using the Klarna app.

Each payment must be made within the communicated deadline. If you fail to pay by the due date, your payment will be deemed late and you may no longer have access to Klarna services in the future. If you fail to pay for your purchase, Klarna may use a debt collection agency.
