Flavored Sicilian sea salt and artisanal spices — Segreti di Sicilia

Segreti di Sicilia's Sicilian sea salt comes from Sicilian salt pans and is flavored with herbs and citrus from the island — lemon, thyme, wild fennel — naturally dried without chemical treatments. A simple ingredient that transforms every dish.
The lemon-flavored salt is the most popular: whole Sicilian sea salt with dried lemon zest, fragrant and versatile. Ideal for fish, white meats, salads, and grilled vegetables. Thyme salt is bolder, perfect for red meats and soups. Wild fennel salt brings one of the most characteristic aromas of Sicilian cuisine to the table, excellent with pasta, baked fish, and bruschetta.
Sicilian fleur de sel is hand-harvested from the surface before the crystals sink, and is the most delicate and prized. It is not used in cooking but raw, to finish dishes — on a steak, on a carpaccio, or on bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil.
Dried wild fennel seeds complete the line: an intense and wild aroma typical of Sicily, traditionally used for pasta con le sarde, artisanal breads, and sausages.
