Segreti di Sicilia ORGANIC lemon honey is produced from the nectar of lemon flowers. After extraction, it is subjected to decantation, then packaging occurs. The honey is not pasteurized. It has a fine-grained crystallized consistency. In the liquid state it is almost colorless, with light straw yellow nuances. When it crystallizes it takes on a pearly white or light beige color. The product exudes an intense scent of lemon blossom, the flavor is sweet and aromatic, only slightly acidic. The particular texture is due to the natural micro-crystallization process.

Lemon honey has numerous beneficial properties. For example, it is an excellent tonic for muscles and joints and is also used to reduce muscle pain. It contains many vitamins but also minerals and enzymes that help the various functions of the body. For example, it is immunostimulant and facilitates the absorption of iron.
