How can I return or exchange a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.
You can return the product by post.
The product must be in new or unused condition, with tags attached.

The return shipment has a flat rate of 20€

To return a product, it must be in perfect condition and you will need to provide the purchase receipt and return form
compiled.
The refund will be processed and credited only to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you return the product.
Refunds are processed within approximately 10 business days of receiving the goods.

If you need to return a defective product, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty or description
of the product on our site.

Return / Exchange via courier

Access your reserved area .

• Click on the product you purchased for which you want to make change.

• Follow the return request wizard.

• Once the request has been sent you will receive a summary email.

•Once the return request has been accepted, you will receive an email with the waybill to print and attach to the return package and instructions for completing it.

•Once we receive the product in the warehouse, we will process the return within approximately 7-10 working days.
• You will receive a confirmation via email when the return is completed.

How many days do I have to exchange or return an item?

We at Frantoi Cutrera stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

We accept returns via courier. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item ordered must be new or unused with all original tags attached.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Eligible returns of products purchased on cutrera.com can be made via courier. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements set out below, within 14 days of the delivery date to the Frantoi Cutrera return address indicated on the return shipping label.

To be accepted for refund, returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Any merchandise that has been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Items purchased from another multi-brand retailer or department store cannot be returned to curera.com. These items can only be returned to the store of original purchase.

All items must match those identified in the return request.

How long until I will receive the refund?

Goods returned by courier to the warehouse will be processed within approximately 7-10 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

Orders purchased via Klarna and Paypal are subject to the Loan Agreement. If your return is processed within 30 days of the dispatch date, your loan with Klarna or Paypal will be canceled before the second payment is due. If your return is processed after the 30 day period, you will be charged the second loan payment which will then be refunded after the return is sent. Any applicable interest paid on the loan for returns received after 45 days will not be refunded. If a deposit has been charged, this will be refunded once the return has been received and processed at the warehouse.

Are shipping costs refundable?

Any shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Can I exchange or return a product that was given to me?

Gift items purchased on frantoicutrera.it can be returned or exchanged. However, refunds can only be issued to the same credit card used for the original payment.

Please note that new orders in case of changes are subject to the availability of the goods.
