Your order will be dispatched within the same working day if your order is placed by 2pm on the same day and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with delivery details.

How can I track my order?

To track the progress of your package, please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received for your unique tracking number. Alternatively you can check the status of your shipment directly on the shipping company's website.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

For security reasons, all orders require an adult signature upon delivery. If you are not available to sign for the parcel, please contact us so that one of our customer advisors can arrange to hold your order at a nearby courier location for collection.

Please note that all our couriers will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive working days. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Are there any delivery restrictions? Can I ship internationally?

Please note the following delivery restrictions:

Purchases cannot be shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders or any address outside of Europe.
If you would like to invoice an order to your APO/FPO address, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Items purchased from the European La Dispensa della Casalinga website are eligible for shipping to Europe only. For international orders, please contact us to speak to a customer advisor who can assist you.

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you need to ship items to multiple locations, please place a separate order for each destination.
