This pesto is ideal for preparing a pasta dish with a spicy and strong flavour. We recommend penne or trofie, if possible homemade and rustic, for an optimal result. Simply dilute, in a saucepan, a spoonful of Pesto & bruschetta all'arrabbiata with the classic Segreti di Sicilia tomato sauce and season the hot, al dente pasta directly on the plate.
