Only oil from very green olives

We produce oil only from green olives.
We were among the first in the world to understand that early harvesting and processing of olives within a few hours are among the most important factors for the production of special oils. Our olives are harvested rigorously before ripening, by hand, to avoid damage to the fruit, and processed within a few hours.

First ®

First in name and in fact: it is the first oil certified DOP Monti Iblei; it is obtained from olives from the first harvest of the year; it was our first oil to be awarded back in 2001 and has never stopped achieving success in the main international competitions. Its story begins on the centuries-old olive trees facing south on the Iblei Mountains, 400 meters above sea level.
