Many cultivars, so much taste.
Our PerTutto Cutrera extra virgin olive oil is produced from some of the best Sicilian cultivars: Moresca, Biancolilla, Nocellara, Cerasuola and Tonda Iblea, coming from young olive groves in Sicilian hilly and flat territories close to the Mediterranean Sea.
The Sicilian oil par excellence.
Primo is the monocultivar DOP extra virgin olive oil obtained with 100% Tonda Iblea olives, a native variety of the Iblei Mountains, in south-eastern Sicily. Among the varieties that have lived on the island for millennia, this is one of the most prized.

PerTutto Cutrera is a full-bodied and intense oil, with a perfect balance of spiciness and bitterness. It is excellent on marinated fish, mushrooms, salads, soups and delicate grilled red meats. But it can also be used in cooking for the preparation of any recipe of Mediterranean cuisine.

How is the Monti Iblei DOP produced?
The Monti Iblei DOP is produced in the eastern part of Sicily , in particular in the provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse. At least 80% must be obtained from the Tonda Iblea, Moresca, Nocellara Etnea, Verdese, Biancolilla and Zaituna varieties, even combined with each other. Other varieties may be present but for no more than 20%.
