Use
Raw. We recommend pairing with fish (carpaccio, grilled meats, tartare), delicate meats (chicken, roast beef). Excellent for fresh salads and salmoriglio.

Ingredients
Sicilian sea salt, naturally dried thyme.

Our sea salt comes from the historic salt pans of Trapani. After the scrupulous selection of salt, we add the dried thyme. We only choose salt from small producers who follow safe and sustainable production processes, according to the centuries-old tradition of the ancient Sicilian salt workers. In the areas of Trapani, on the coast towards Marsala, through a system of locks, canals and tanks, the evaporation of sea water allows the collection of salt crystals which are then cleaned and stored.

Whole sea salt is rich in magnesium, potassium and iodine, important elements for the correct functioning of the thyroid. It retains most of the substances coming from sea water. Not only magnesium, potassium and iodine but also sulphates, calcium, iron, manganese, zinc and other substances useful for the prevention of many diseases.
