Simple sauce with wild fennel flavour
A typical recipe of Sicilian farmers, it imitates the taste of pork sauce prepared with meat and fennel seeds and represents the “poor” version: equally tasty but completely vegan.

Sicilian and organic durum wheat for a special pasta
Our tagliatelle, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature, are made with ancient Sicilian durum wheat semolina. It is one of the most classic and used pasta shapes in Italian cuisine and goes well with many sauces.
