Our paccheri, bronze drawn and slowly dried at low temperature, are made with ancient Sicilian durum wheat semolina. The format is originally from Campania but has always been used in Sicily, especially for holiday dishes.

A Sicilian recipe par excellence, this Norma sauce is prepared with aubergines fried in Frantoi Cutrera extra virgin olive oil to make frying healthier and tastier.
