    Blend of varieties harvested in south-eastern Sicily at 200-400 meters above sea level, from young olive groves in hilly and flat areas close to the sea. With added white truffle aroma.

    Solely mechanically, in a latest generation oil mill with continuous cycle 4.0 technology, two-phase extraction, without adding water and at a controlled "cold" temperature (<27°C).

    Our Selezione Cutrera extra virgin olive oil is produced from some of the best Sicilian cultivars, harvested in south-eastern Sicily, at 200-400 meters above sea level, from young olive groves in hilly and flat areas close to the Mediterranean Sea. This special blend allows us to combine the various organoleptic characteristics that come from the different cultivars, each an expression of a specific territory. We add the aroma of white truffle to this blend to allow the most varied and imaginative uses in the kitchen.
