    Blend of Moresca, Biancolilla and Nocellara varieties, harvested in south-eastern Sicily at 200-400 meters above sea level, from young olive groves in hilly and flat areas close to the sea. With added natural orange flavour.

    Solely mechanically, in a latest generation oil mill with continuous cycle 4.0 technology, two-phase extraction, without adding water and at a controlled "cold" temperature (<27°C).

This special blend allows us to combine the various organoleptic characteristics that come from the different cultivars, each an expression of a specific territory. To flavor our special Selezione Cutrera blend we use only natural orange flavouring. The orange is a citrus fruit that has always been present in Sicily, a crop left to us by the Arabs during their domination and predominant in our plains. The essence is extracted from the peel of fresh oranges through natural methods that allow all the organoleptic characteristics of the orange peel to be kept intact and, obviously, all the taste and aroma to then be found intact in the dish.

Dressing based on extra virgin olive oil flavored with orange can be used in all dishes where you want to add the scent, taste and freshness of citrus fruits together with the oil-based dressing.
