To this, the tomato sauce and the other ingredients, including tuna and capers, are added in a low pressure cooker to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of all the raw materials. The sauce has a bright red color, with aromatic notes of tomato, tuna and capers. The velvety consistency alternates with the fleshiness of the tuna fillets. The flavor is sweet and slightly spicy.
